Whether you are looking to reach your potential or need help through a difficult transition in life, a Life Coach can be of assistance. I have extensive professional training along with 5 years of experience coaching others.
Here's some of the common issues and questions I can help with.
Am I on the right path? I am so unfulfilled at work. There is no balance in my life and no time for me! What can I do in my retirement?
How do I get healthy? I want a new perspective on life. How do I transition to living with health limitations?
How can I create deeper connections in my relationships? How do I survive my child’s teenage years? How do I love myself?
I need someone to actually hear what I'm trying to say. I feel stuck. I just need some support to get me through a rough time.
In order to realize your personal greatness, we journey together...
Who you are on the Inside. What makes you do the things you do. What makes you really happy and how to get more of it in your life.
How your life is currently working out for you. Make a conscious choice about what you want from this moment on. What you are willing to do about it.
From past habits and self-limiting beliefs. Figure out a new perspective. Start down a new path.

I came to Mary Pat about four years ago for coaching around how to transition toward retirement. At the time, I was a self-employed book keeper. I knew I wanted to drop some clients, but I didn't know which ones and I didn't want to upset anyone.
Mary Pat helped me clarify my values so that I could see more clearly which clients shared them, and which ones didn't. Once we did that, the decision around who to keep was so easy. And no one was mad at me when I was finished. I had inner peace about my decision.
The exercises she did with me in our sessions showed me how many avenues there were to explore. Mary Pat is so positive and non-judgemental that I felt safe sharing my thoughts with her. She made the mental struggle of trying to sort out what was going on in my brain and my heart easy.
I own a private fitness studio focused on strength and conditioning. Mary Pat helped me work through how to grow my business and take it to the next level, while preserving some time for myself.
One of the most important things she taught me was how to respect my time. I was starting out and didn't want to turn business away. She showed me that I didn't need to schedule appointments at all times of the day to suit clients. She even convinced me of the importance of taking vacations. I think I run a better studio as a result.
How did she do it? In a word: persistence. Mary Pat is a life coach 24/7. She's also very easy to talk to. I've been very comfortable sharing everything with Mary Pat.
